Returned Merchandise 


Yes we do Accept Returns.

Things happen sometimes and if it is our Fault we will fix it!! Period!

However All returns must be authorized in Advance -please Call us (320 248-4209).  Returned merchandise must be in like new condition and will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. (Unless it is our error.)  No returns on special orders, sized rings (unless it had a problem that was our fault), or clearance items.

Invisible Set Jewelry will be sent to the wholesaler that supplied it to us. Repair is usually covered forever (unless there is evidence of abuse) with only a small fee and shipping costs. Repair time is unfortunately between 8-12 weeks as the piece must be sent to Overseas (Germany). The Customer must pay shipping and handling on all repair items- both ways.
